In pursuance of recent conversation glad to inform received letter from Mrs Crockett agreeing to request for option on film rights in Lad's Love and Rose of the Wilderness on following terms: 1. Progress Film Company (London) Limited to have option of purchasing Lad's Love and Rose of the Wilderness on same terms as Lilac Sunbonnet and Cinderella until first of November 1921 on distinct understanding if in meantime any other offer comes in Progress Film Co either purchase at once on terms arranged or abandon option; 2. Should Mrs Crockett not be satisfied with production of Lilac Sunbonnet and Cinderella then option on film rights in Lad's Love and Rose of the Wilderness shall absolutely determine; shall be glad at convenience to have formal acknowledgement of this letter
