Description

Charming letter did good; quite given up hope of ever hearing from good/bad man (husband); put trust in her; glad to hear all went well; were in London when she was in Italy but not been again; went to highlands when got back and had very good time; as busy as ever and has work on for nearly three years which is as far as man should look in this world; doesn't go much into society but always keeps warm heart for friends and her and husband's place not long in synagogue; has taken greatly to photography and likes it much - keeps out in open air and makes walk with object; has built lordly library 40 feet by 18 now set at ease up away from house and maid answers 'Not at home' and does not lie; sweet Mildred has not come yet (or her picture); sends one or two rough home products including one of place where lives, sleeps, works when busy or desires quiet - consists of complete establishment: observatory bedroom library studio; some day surely she and good man will come again and see it and them; with warm affection and affectionate regards to all that deserve them (and one who doesn't and knows it the beggar); thinks she will like Ione - has rewritten nearly half of her and tinkered the rest
