Description
Glad to get Marion's kind letter; seemed long time; intended to answer sooner but been busy with electricians, painters and chimney sweeps; not so much actual cleaning but awful business, terrified herself; Mr Romer new servant, not had two months yet, need lot of looking after; Mr Crockett in Amsterdam just now with Mr Wilson; having great time but wish word when expected home, month tomorrow since went away (rather take notes of time in London, Mr Wilson only for Scotland on Thursday last); Cleg Kelly proved another enormous success, reviews all so kind except about two; awfully bothered that Marion bothered with visitors, should really be determined with these people, tell them can't do with them, seem to think runs fairly private hotel; expecting another baby in July
